Contact Assistant

Min focuses her practice on labor and employment law, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by her background in both public health and legal scholarship. Prior to joining Littler, she completed internships with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Attorney’s Office.

While pursuing her J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Min served as a teaching assistant for Evidence, Torts, and Academic Success, Articles Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, and President of the Student Bar Association. Min also founded Pitt Law’s First Class, an organization dedicated to supporting first-generation and low-income law students.

During that time, Min concurrently completed her graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, where her research focused on the intersection of health policy, technology, and privacy law. As part of her graduate work, Min authored Virtually Defenseless in a Digital Era: The Necessary Revisions HIPAA Must Adopt in the Twenty-First Century — a policy-driven analysis that examines the urgent need for modernizing healthcare data privacy protections.

In addition to her academic achievements, Min worked as a research assistant for the American Bar Association. In this capacity, Min supported the Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) Interest Group by developing a national resource cataloging existing and emerging MLP initiatives. Her work involved identifying MLPs within hospitals, healthcare facilities, and VA medical centers, mapping their geographic reach, legal services, and target populations. The project played a key role in advancing the American Bar Association’s mission to integrate legal advocacy into healthcare delivery, particularly for underserved communities. This interdisciplinary foundation informs Min’s thoughtful and strategic approach to employment law, particularly in matters involving compliance, data security, workplace privacy, and employee well-being in today’s increasingly complex and digital work environments.
